Reservation Policy

Rescheduling is possible if cancellation is done by Helgren's or if customer notifies Helgren's of need to reschedule more than 24 hours prior to trip departure.
If making reservations over the phone or in person the policy is as follows:
1) Name, telephone number, and a credit card are required for ALL reservations.
2) The credit card is held as a ticket guarantee, you can pay as you like when you arrive, however should you No-Show by the time your reserved trip departs the credit card you provided will be charged 50% of your ticket price.
3) For reservations of 4 or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.
If purchasing tickets and the I.T.T. office on a military base the policy is as follows:
1) I.T.T. ticket sales are final once purchased. They do not expire but before making your purchase request that the ITT office contact us to make your reservation, this way if your trip and / or specific date you want is unavailable you can decide on your options before making your purchase.
2) for I.T.T. reservations made for more than 4 people, a credit card is required to hold your reservation. Should you No-Show by the time your reserved trip departs then credit card provided will be charged 50% of full ticket price.
3) Should you need to reschedule, please contact Helgren's Landing as soon as possible (24 hours prior preferred), we will be happy to reschedule you at no cost or penalty.

We run our fishing trips in light to moderate weather conditions.

If severe weather causes us to cancel a trip, you can reschedule to another date that works for you, or receive credit for a future fishing trip.
